Dear Parents...
I am doing great. Even thought the Charlie Hebdo headquarters was very close to my address I was far enough away that I was safe. I live at le 41 Rue Saint-Louis en l'Île dans le 4eme arrondissement. I am about ten blocks down from where the shooting took place. The killing was horrific. The article that originally starting this whole that was extremely rude. It called all people following the Muslim religion c**** and showed Mohamed's face which is against the Muslim religion. It showed Mohamed saying he hated his people. The Muslim people became furious about the article and killed many of the people working for the magazine. There were four shooters all of the Muslim religion. I think what the magazine published was inapropriate but nothing that couldn't have been solved in more peaceful means.
